Processing/Shipping

All orders are picked and processed between 1 – 3 hours. Upon your orders readiness you will be emailed a tracking number to view the order status and pickup time. Orders will only be eligible to pick in our Overland Park location at 8542 West 133rd St, Overland Park, KS 66213.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email from kcimart.com via email once your order has been packed notifying you of the time to pick up your order.

Pickup Instructions:

Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon pickup.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Product:

Back orders may occur on some items during heightened seasonal buying periods, therefore in the event any product is not reasonably available, we will inform you. We make every effort to contact the customer as soon as we become aware of an item out of stock or anticipate a shipping delay. If a product is on back order or pre-order status to our knowledge we make every effort to have this information on the item's product page.

Cancellation Policy:

On all shipments to customers, kcindiamart.com incurs handling costs. If your order is Cancelled, we will charge a flat rate of 10$ for cancelled orders.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to charge 9.1% state sales tax on Kansas orders and applicable state's sales tax where the order is being delievered.

Return Policies:

Orders may be returned up to 30 days from the pickup date for a full refund.

Our return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damages. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
